Need help to repair jack

I just bought this jack, the I'd tag is missing. Can anyone identity the Jack. I need a cylinder rebuild kit and a schematic or instructions to rebuild.

I believe it to be a Front/Side lift for Buses/Heavy Chassis etc, Not sure of OEM, Possibly Gray as they are a Major player in the Air Lift World.
