I'm ready to get my shop built. I want a 40x50 x14 metal building. That much I know. Biggest concern is foundation and flooring. Having owned a house before with foundation problems I'm real anxious about that. Hope to have a 2 post lift at some time. Pretty sure I'm going to need to do some ground work, bring in some fill. What's the best way to go about this? How long should I wait before building? I live in Greenbrier, AR so codes are pretty lax, but still want to do it right.
