I'm in the prosess of trying to fix up an old dewalt dw733 planer. It was replaced at work several years ago with a newer model after the drive rollers started skipping. After I took it apart I found the driver support gave up. Does anyone know where I might find this part? I rarely ever use a planer, but the few times a year I do it would be nice to have one at home and not have to borrow the one from work. At this point I'm not really sure its worth fixing as I would have to stick at least another $100 into new knives and a drive belt on a pretty well used machine, but if i can get it going for a few more bucks it would be worth it to have sitting around.

Thanks.

Go to the DeWalt website and lookup if the part is still available. There should be a page with the schematic of your planer and a parts list (depending on its age). You will need the full model number and type to find the diagrams.

Looks like it was part number 57 on the list. I ordered it and hopefully it will stop the roller feed skipping issue.

Thanks
