Need help with a part number

This is my dad's old matco cabinet got to be around 1970s.. I'd like to restore it just need any help I can get with a part number or any additional info

How many drawers? MB302 IIRC, one shelf 7? drawers max.

It just has one small drawer on the top like 2" and one shelf in the middle
