Need help with Craftsman tool Number

Hello,I'm trying to find out what the Craftsman tool number is for this Craftsman 1/2"x 1/2" ratchet adapter is.The tool don't have the number stamped on it just Craftsman =v= are the only stamps.Also would like to know if Craftsman made a rebuild kit for it because it can be disassembled and I have a chip on 1 corner of 1 of the teeth on the paw.I would be so great full for any help.Sears is no help with a tool this old but offered a credit toward a new China made Craftsman tool,because they are not setup to look up older Craftsman tools.I nicely told the man I would rather have a broke USA made Craftsman sitting on the fire place mantle than have a working China tool in my toolbox and left.
