Need help with Curtis air compressor

Can some body that knows a bit about air compressors tell me why this wouldn't be a screaming deal. I am trying to find a good used home shop compressor. Even if I had to reconfigure with single phase motors couldn't this be set up to give me at least 15 CFM at 125 PSI for sand blasting, or am barking up the wrong tree?

It looks like each pump individually would not get me there, but can I change this or would I be limited to the ACFM of the individual pumps.

This was a back up system in a school bldg held at 60 PSI in the tank and 19 PSI in the lines for HVAC.

$900 for everything including the filter dryer system.

For the money you'll spent on the single phase motors on top of the cost of the unit, you could buy a quality 5hp unit.

Price out a phase converter (3 phase to single phase) and decide if you want that setup.

Also price the single phase motors, along with potential money from selling the 3 phase motors.

Good luck with decision. This might be first GJ dual compressor setup!!

930 had a Champion duplex setup a while back. Actually, he had two.

kams, I think you are right as I get the impression this filter is not a refrigerated air cooler and I found another Curtis 5hp for $300 more. This one is also supposed to be like new (asking $1200).

The small three phase motors are cheap $35 - 50 so I don't think they would help much. I was think the after cooler was probably $1500 by itself but I don't think that's whats on the HVAC unit.
