Need help with floor cracks - pics

Hi - I'm looking at getting Racedeck tiles for my garage but I'm concerned about the cracks in the garage floor and wether i need repair the concrete first.

I live in Toronto ON and garage is mainly used for parking the cars and minor car repairs.

I would recommend sealing the cracks with flexible sealant like SikaFlex. No need to fill with an epoxy and grind since you are not applying a floor coating. After that, apply a good penetrating sealer to the concrete. A good sealer is inexpensive, easy to apply, and will protect your concrete from further salt damage.
