I know that this is somewhat similar to another thread but hear me out. My son and I are currently in the process of creating a sign and name for our soon to be built 3 bay garage. This is strictly hobby but we've decided upon needing a sign. We're kind of throwing around names right now. We both share the same middle name Macdonald so we thought maybe Macdonald motorsports or motorcraft or motorworks. I also like the Foose designs name, Fast Phil's hot rod shop as examples of what others have done. Ultimately we'll be doing a vintage mustang restore and as my given name is Cameron we thought maybe Cam's corral. As well, I'm a bagpiper (thus the screen name) so thought that could be a tie in.

We're looking for suggestions along those lines. Any constructive thoughts would be appreciated.

What's the last name? You both share that too right?

http://www.macdonaldmotorsports.com/ exists already, steal their idea?

Macdonald Restoration

Cam & Son Motorsports

Motorsports gives the impression it's racing
Motorworks sounds like you build engines, same with Motorcraft

how about 'the pipe shop' or 'pipes R us', or 'mcpipe's', 'big pipe, little pipe garage'? ( although I like the 'we've nothing to say' one myself)

Ours just says:

Welcome to our Garage

Where everything needs something

and somethings need everything

Yeah, that pretty much sums it up.

Cam, My favorite is "Repair and dispair under one roof". Or at least that sums up happens in my hobby garage. It's not really a name but more of a moto. You could use the name I'm considering, "Cameron's Garage".

Cheers,
Cameron

Play on "We have and Piper down" Mike Myers. So I married an Axe murder movie and Downs like horse racing for the mustang.
