Need help with identifying some new to me tools

I bought a lot of old tools at an auction and amongst the usual suspects and a couple gems, I found these. The first two I honestly cannot figure out the intended use. For the last two cutters. I am trying to ID a manufacturer.

Possibly a Stanley Handyman 545.

There are many different types and styles. I’ll post a picture of some later.

Then she gives me that "your a total idiot" look

As promised. Strangely I can’t find my example like yours, but I do have one. And you could always slide the rings down strategically placed feeler gauges, or wind it around by hand.
