Pull the drawer all the way out on the slide travel; when you feel some resistance, keep pulling; keep pulling until the very back of the drawer is even with the drawer pull above it and you feel the slides stop at their fully extended position. I have to do this to the slides on my box every so often too. Remember, I have the same box as you.

You're saying when the bottom drawer is all the way closed, one side is sticking out further than the other; correct?

You said you changed the slides - did you mean you exchanged them between different drawers, or you bought new slides for all the drawers and replaced them?

I don't know how much play is allowed when slides are installed, but are they uneven?

I don't know if there is a 'stop' at the end of each slide, but maybe there is a discrepancy in the sizes?

My dealer told me the best thing to do is buy a cheap box and use it as a trade in. a $300 box can sometimes net you a $500-600 discount by trade-in.

That's an honest dealer. I know this was covered before - what do they do with the trade-in boxes?

Wow. That is a nice box. It looks like a 655 but with a deep top drawer.

I had two 655's, because I liked the size. They were easy to move around the shop. I always wished I had a deep drawer near or at the top.

If the slides are good, and if the box and drawer are square (which I would expect), then it has to be the slide bumper or stop. There is one on the back of the slide, and one on the back of the box. They may be misaligned, or out of place. I've read about this happening.

I know you said you did this, but I would also pull out the drawer all the way, give it a tug, and make sure the slides are fully extended.

You're not going to say "the heck with it!" We won't let you; this is Garage Journal! :rocker:

If you have to turn the slides into SO for a replacement, do that; but don't give up man.

Yeah, I agree. You have to be totally satisfied buying a Snap On. I'd go so far as to say SO would want you to be completely happy with the box. Don't give up, call the company.
