I recently had a post frame building installed. I don't have much building experience so I'm having a tough time planning ahead so I'm able to continue finishing the interior. I have already framed the interior with 2x4's so I could add insulation and sheetrock to the walls. I also want to add steel liner panels and insulation to the ceiling but I'm stuck at what to do next. I just finished roughing in all of my receptacles and wanted to move on to the lighting but wasn't sure if I would mount the lights to the steel liner panels or if I would mount them to the bottom of the trusses and cut the liner panels around them? I would like some opinions on what to do. I also thought I would do the walls and then the ceiling because I thought the ridges for the ceiling would look better butted up to the walls. I've recently saw that people use J channel around the edges then run the wall up after the ceiling is in. Is that the proper way of doing it? What brand/type of material are people using for the ceiling panels? Until I figure out what to do with the ceiling and the lights, I'm pretty much stuck. Thanks in advance for any help!
