Need help with Rock Solid Polycuramine

We etched our garage floor with muratic acid and neutralized using baking soda. The PH was high - like 13 or so. So we used the citric acid etch from rock solid, but it did not lower the pH.

Now we don't know what to do. Called Tech Support and they had no answer for us. Just said the soda caused the high alkalinity and if the citric acid didn't work, they have no recommendations.

I am unable to find whether we can install the polycuramine with the pH that high. Of is there someway to lower the pH, like using muratic acid again?
Can someone please help?

You either have very new concrete or a moisture issue. Do a moisture test or let it cure further if new.

The house was built in 2000, so it old concrete. We will try the moisture test. Any other suggestions? If the moisture test is positive, do we need to put down something before applying the polycuramine? I think Rocksolid makes a moisture control product.

You really need to talk to them. They ultimately set the recommendations for this product.
