Need ideas for a multi amp panel

I need a panel that would work for 3 gauges of wire. 6/3, 10/2 and 12/2.
The opening I have between corner and door is 14” with a future 3/4” plywood face.
I thinking of roughing these into the wall similar to the other circuits in the garage.
All circuits are home run of about roughly 44’ in length terminating in a 100 amp panel. The panel is fed off a dual lug meter on a 200 amp service.
The 6/3 is for future possibly for a EV down the road. So what would be an adequate amp breaker?
The 10/2 will be a 30 amp outlet.
The 12/2 possibly a 25 amp or this a no no?
All other outlets are 20 amp with 10 outlets max.
Is there one panel that can handle 3 outlets? Or should the 6/3 be run into something similar to an air conditioning cut off?
I had planned on the 6/3 at the top and working my way down to the 12/2

Hang one of these on the wall, surface mount. You could change out the 30amp 120vac, to a 120/240 or 240vac recept. And there is still room to add a few circuits.

Has the wire already been run and laying on the floor out of the picture? If not, just run the 6/3 and use the RV panel posted above because the odds are that you aren't going to use all three outlets at the same time. If indeed the wire is already there, change the boxes for the 30 and 50 amp (6/3) to 2-1/8" deep 4X4's, or get extension boxes for what you already have and use raised covers.

Panels will handle multiples amperage breakers and wire sizes no problem...
Guess what I was looking for was something similar to the pic below but without the breakers.

This could work but without breakers. As I already have a breaker box within the garage about 35’ away. But with this I could just use the 6/3 and not have to pull additional cable and have more flexibility as @sparky 1971 has pointed out. Great idea thanks. @mm08822

No the cable hasn‘t been pulled yet but the 6/3 has been cut to length. Probably a big deal for me as I seen; mind you on the net. Where boxes used for a EV application have done a melt down within the box. But possibly incorrect boxes were part of the problem. Thanks for the proper sizing on the junction boxes and additional parts.
If I use the breaker box it won’t be recessed but flush mounted probably would put my mind at ease. My reluctance to over heating and recessed boxes for larger voltages go way back. When I was a kid my Mom had a dryer installed, no electrician in the area. A local handyman said no problem, after a big day of laundry our ancient old farmhouse burnt to the ground likely due to an electrical fire.
Not much fun wearing your buddies clothes and come to think about it his gotch as well.😳
But I digress.
Excellent point on the 6/3 going on the bottom. ⬇️ Got a feeling you aren’t new to this. 👍

You won't find one without breakers, but you would need a two pole 30 if you were to change the factory installed TT30 to a 6-30R.

If you are going to cover the walls, you could still surface mount the boxes. Just put blocking in the wall and run the cable through it then in the back of the box. If you want to flush mount them, change the raised covers to two gang mud rings, depth to be determined by the thickness of the wall covering.
