I restored this Snap-on KRM-274 and I am finally getting around to badging it. I am going to **** it up and pay up for a vintage badge. Where I am stuck is there is a second set of badge mounting holes on the door. Both have 3.25in center to center spacing but I cannot find a picture of a KRM-274 with two badges on the door. My first thought was an anniversary addition but the year stamped on it (1976) doesn't seem to line up with any big anniversary.

So short if figuring out what badge was suppose to be there I would love to see some ideas on what to put on it. Ideally I would be able to use the holes already there but pretty much open to anything at this point.

1976 was a pretty big anniversary.
Google bicentennial
I was only considering snap on anniversaries. Good call

Edit: after looking it just looks like that was a sticker package so it wouldn't explain the second set of badge holes.

Would you happen to have any pictures? Not a lot of pictures or information out the unsurprisingly.

After thinking about it, it was a pair of Vulcan cabinets I painted Snap on red and put Snap on emblems on. There was a small tray attached to the inside bottom of the doors. Like you could put a couple books in there. They were annoying. Sorry, no pics was a long time ago.

Not the correct vintage of badge but I like it better. Still not sure what I am going to do with the bottom holes.

Does the year 1776 mean anything to you?
