Need ideas for building a movable 10X10 insulated wall

I have a steel building shop with 10 X 10 roll up doors on each end. I have the entire shop spray foamed for insulation and have a mini split havc unit to install. The problem is that all this is defeated by the steel roll-up doors and the huge opening at the top of the of the door opening and the mounting of the roll-up doors. Since my shop equipment has been moved in, I will almost never open the back roll-up door and will rarely open the front door. The only idea I have come up with is to build a 10 X 10 wall to fit in the opening that can be removed when needed and also insulated.

Any ideas for a way to build a wall like this that can be light enough to be moved by one person if needed and have an exterior finish that will hold up to the elements? It will have to fit in the outside opening so I will not loose inside space.

Thank you

What's wrong with an insulated garage door? R12-R16 with good seals is fairly efficient. Building a moving wall seems hokey.
