I have a Coats 7050AX and the bead breaker is having issues. When I hit the pedal it pulls in to the tire but has no pressure to actually break the bead. It seams like it is bypassing, but I don't know why. The air is coming from the valve when it stops.

I have no experience with that machine, but from what you

wrote, I can only guess that you should be taking the cylinder

and control assy apart, looking for bad soft parts or seals.

First thing I would do is consult the owners' manual to see if

it has an Illustrated Parts Breakdown, and a section on Trouble

Shooting. No manual ? Google the "make, model number, and

Manual" to see what pops up, or get in touch with the Mfg.

Their Customer Service Dept may also be helpful in procuring any

spare parts you may require to refurb the machine.

Good hunting

Did you get anywhere with this? I am just finishing up my rebuild of a 5060AX which is similar. you can test the bead break cylinder by disconnecting the two hoses in the quick-disconnect fittings and use a blow gun to test the cylinder. If it leaks, a rebuild kit is around $80-100, and is pretty easy to install. If the valve leaks (do you have the foot valve or the hand valve on the handle?), a seal kit for the valve is around $40, the hand valve is fully replaceable I believe, but haven't checked the price (#225 on the parts list). A parts manual is available online free, go here: http://www.panzittasales.com/PDFS/COATS/TIRE_CHANGERS/PARTS_LISTS/7060_AX_EX_PL_8183741_02.pdf
