Need ideas on how to make this look better

my garage has a rough section of concrete that runs the length of the garage. it stays level as the garage floor slopes out to the driveway. i would say it starts level with the garage floor and ends up alittle over an inch tall. i would like to cover it or make it smooth to cleanup the edge where the drywall meets it. here is a picture, ideas please! thanks in advance.

paint it a color a few shades darker than the floor as an accent

I would glue some rubber baseboard on it.
