Need info on Zombie Charger

I am subscribing to this thread, i need a charger to do exactly what this one claims to do. We handle a lot of used batteries and I need something to rejuvenate some of the borderline ones.
this is really a mystery
put it on "II" which is turn on and push the momentary button marked II.
it starts out with green flashing light same frequency as the pulse. then transfers to yellow light and seems to begin discharging a pretty much fully charged battery. So far its got it down to 12.34V from 12.6. I will get it run its course,perhaps this is part of the cycle but without instructions or a way to contact the manufacturer Im really lost.
Normal reconditioning takes about 3 cycles of charge discharge so maybe this is doing just that.

cant believe that theres no presence on net or at least one person here thats familiar with this.
I tried it for a short time last night(pics to follow when I can attend to do a full charge)
It definitely puts out a fluctuating high current burst.
I never heard of this before, but I found this reference. I don't know if this reference is correct.

Take a look at CTEK chargers. They have them on Amazon. I have one and its excellent.
I already have a pretty good assortment of chargers
smart chargers,dumb auto transformer chargers,225amp roll around
trickle chargers with maintenance mode,etc
This one is supposed to be a commercial unit made more for reconditioning
vs just charging.
Still without any documents its like handing a loaded gun to a baby.

You should find a DB-9 serial cable, and plug into that thing with a terminal emulator, and see what you can bring up - 2400/N/8/1 or 9600/N/8/1 are the two most likely settings.

Heh - back-tracking through various press releases, it looks like they moved from the "alternative and exotic energy" market into some kind of boat design deal, and then finally into medical marijuana.
