Call one of the larger heating shops in your area, when I did mine they had them in stock because they do it all the time. They probably just save the parts from changing it over from NG to LP.

From who you aquired it from may have the spring/orfices from the unit. They usually come N.G. equiped new with the install/operational manual.

However, converting and setting gas fired appliances for proper combustion/efficiency and complying with local/state code to ensure safe operation is for trained/licensed service techs. Do it once and be safe out there:thumbup:

i am with 39portlander. call a local service company and have them convert it and do a start up. that way you know its right and they can give you a warranty that way if next week it doesn't work right you can call them and say hey.

i would fell much better about it have a pro do it unless you know a lot about gas burners.

Ng usually has larger orifices than propane. I had one converted and they used small drill bits by hand and drilled out the orifices. Maybe that is why only one way is offered, when the orifices need to be smaller.
