I want to enclose my current 2 car garage its 18WX20L. I have a avalanche i use to park it in there it fits with stuff all on sides with tiny bit of rm to walk infront of truck. Never put 2 cars. Currently have double jet skis 16x8 and bunch of junk. Now parking in driveway. Also own explorer and QX4 trying to sell. My driveway total is 16w X 35L. Have 6ft of grass on one size and back yard on other size. I could expand the 6ft with concrete and 3ft into yard to be even with house on backyard side. So new driveway could be app.25ftW x 35L Were wanting driveway gate bc built new fence to enclose driveway but currently have no gate. Currenly backyard is only 22ftW with no rm to expand bc property line. Were just wanting a carport with cedar post to match fence but will be like garage bc fence will be on one side making it seem enclosed and otherside will be open to backyard. A friend did this and actually put cedar garage door and built fence around looks great from outside looks like garage but inside looks like carport but nice bc they just move cars when they have cookout and everybody gathers under carport but close the garage door for privacy. I cant do this bc code where i live its a alley they have corner house so they can but im not on the corner so have less options. What should I do?
