I'd want another 100sq/ft of room. in the rafters can any give me some help rearranging the rafter in my garage they are the (common ones that allow you no room ) you find in a 2car garage Im in cali moved from a 3 car to 2 car not happy but on the bright side I would of never found the site if I was very nice site thanks for the help.

Are you talking about rafters or trusses?
If you have trusses, you should not do any cutting on those. Every piece of a truss relies on every other piece for strength.
A pic of what kind of system you have would be helpful. Rafters and trusses aren't something to mess with if you are not experienced with framing carpentry.
You may be able to gain some storage space in the rafters or trusses but personnally I would want someone with experience to get a first hand look.
Again some pics might help someone come up with an idea.
