Need More UV Dye in Auto AC After Recharge?

I added UV dye to the AC system in my 2005 Toyota 4Runner, found a leak and fixed it. I am evacuating it, testing for leaks by observing vacuum degradation and recharging. Want to have dye in the system going forward - Is the dye that I originally added to the system still in there or should I add more?
