Stitan: you might be able to make jaws yourself, but not seeing the jaws in your picture it's hard to say. can you post a few more pictures of your vise?

KMScott is a member here that's made a ton of jaws for vises and might have some to sell you. also if you want to spiff up your old vise there are a ton of examples on the Vise Repair 101 thread and here's a link.

good luck

Stitan: great pictures and looks like a great little light to medium duty vise. i personally use copper jaw covers on most of my big vises to get a good grip on things because i don't want the vise's jaw marks on the items i'm holding. if you like the serrated jaws i'd suggest PM ing KMScott and giving him the size of your jaws and maybe he has some already made to ship you if the price it right or i'm positive he could make you a pair.

your vise is a fairly common style so you might also find a broken vise like it that you can steal the jaws from and you're set.

here's a big vise i own with some Wilton copper jaw covers on it.

Get some bar stock aluminum of the same size, drill and countersink. That vise probably never had very aggressive serations on the jaws anyways. It's a pretty light duty vise.

From the photos, it appears your vise jaws are not completely dead, just mostly. I've taken similar jaws and re-cut the crosshatch using a three-cornered file.

Yes, K M Scott does superb work, but I've bought complete vises for less than the cost of new jaws. Just me, I wouldn't spend the cost he has to get for his vise jaws on that particular vise unless it's for the sentimental value.
