Hey guys just bit the bullet and started renting a 30X30 shop with my buddy to work on our project cars and do some side jobs to pay the rent but here's my problem it has blacktop floors(it's just a big storage unit). The shop is brand new and the floor is pretty level. My question is i RENT this shop but i need to put some type of flooring down since i do mech/bodywork/paint etc.. and don't want to ruin the owners floor. I thought about Racedeck but unless someone has a source for it on the cheap it's out of the question. I saw summit racing has a version for cheaper but was just looking for any ideas. Here are some musts for me:
1. Cheap but don't want junk
2. must not harm blacktop (nothing that will sink in )
3. must be removable since we plan to start a business location eventually
4. trying for something that looks cool since I'm kinda **** about the shop
looking nice and being organized
THANKS GUYS

Sheets of 3/4" plywood. you can drive on it, put floorjacks and jackstands on it. Paint on it. And pick it up and move it when you move.

Thanks for the input guys not to sure about plywood unless i coat it since we paint and use solvents and such but might work until i can afford the tiles(what i really want) the Sams club idea is nice since there is one down the street from the shop and we could pick some up every time we have extra cash. Really need to get one side done asap. Keep the ideas coming thanks guys:thumbup:

Swisstrax has a recycled product that is very economical. The only draw back is that it is only available in a limited number of darker colors and not the full color line. However, you should be able to come up with a design in a dark two tone that looks cool.
