Need opinions. Splitting my three car into two seperate spaces.

I have a three car garage that I am trying to make more useful and organized.

I am thinking about walling off the single car side and turning it into the wood working side of the shop.

I will be here long term, so not worried about resale value.

I only park one vehicle in the garage so I can still do that on the two car side.

Thoughts? I am wondering what negatives or positives am not thinking about.

I plan on doing a double door between the two sides for ease of access and movement of tools, projects, etc.

first i need to know what you have for cars, and second ,i have a **** load of old trucks here and cant fit any of them in my garage cos of the junk i collect
