Hey. New here. Hope I'm posting in the right location. Trying to find original or source an aftermarket spindle 4 step pulley for an old Craftsman drill press. Model 103.23100 The part number for the pulley is 18019 according to the info I have. The bore appears to be 15/16" Its been spinning on the head stock bushing and is pretty out of round. Craigs List find. Trying to get it back together right. Its 1946 Vintage. The bushing had some galling too but I think it will survive if it has to. Hope someone can help me. Looks like a really great forum. Thanks... Ed

What you need to do is buy a lathe, bore the pulley, turn and bore a bushing and press it in with your new arbor press.
Otherwise just find a similar step pulley on eBay.

Send a PM to GJ member FrankLee.
He has rebuilt many of those DP’s and is selling lots of parts. He is a wealth of knowledge.

I did this. First, I built the shop. Second I bought the lathe. The material came from Metal Supermarket. I had to buy a pickup truck to get the metal home. I am so happy.

I appreciate the humor. Just thought this might be resolved easy.
Couldn't find anything on ebay.
I have decent shop.
Fabbed up a center speed reduction setup for the bench top. Pretty cool. Can't stand the spindle pulley wobble but didn't intend on making a pulley from scratch... :-/
Just got the thing together.
The floor model in the background is 1956 vintage. Craftsman King Seeley.
Great forum. Haven't got the protocols figured out.....Ed

Running out of room for a metal lathe.... Just finished the short roll around table for the bench top drill press. :)
Thanks Shiftless, I'll try Frank Lee for the pulley.
