NEED QUICK ANSWER-Snap on Box for $150- Should I buy it?

Hey guys, I need an opinion real quick, should I buy this box for $150 or not? There is a little surface rust on the top of the roll cab, but no big dents or anything. All the drawers open smoothly.

Sorry about your luck. That happened to me recently. I was bird-dogging a Wilton vice and found a beauty on Craigslist. The seller said he hadn't had a single call in two weeks on the thing and a fellow had shown up the same day I called and purchased it. Ugh!!
