OTOH, I've had 2 of the HF 10 ton kits and 2 of their pulling cylinders for close to 10 years with no leaks to date.

I purchased the Harbor Freight one last fall in anticipation of a project. Tried to use it then a few weeks ago for the first time and it will not pump up. Went to HF with it and as I had no receipt and it was more than 90 days old they said sorry...... I'm no longer an advocate for HF.

i have a torin 10 ton. i rarely use it. just too big and awkward for most jobs.

i have a no name 4 ton that has been beat to hell and back. i wish i had another one.

unless you really need a ten ton i would avoid them. a 4 ton is so much more useful. the light wright and compact size makes them easier to use and put in place. i get agitated every time i have to use that other heavy *****.
