Here's my question. I applied Devoe 224 yesterday broadcasting Color Chips flakes as I rolled the epoxy. This morning I am looking and see spots that did not cover completely. My question is this, if I wanted to apply another coat can I apply it over the flakes? I will be applying a coat of urethane over the epoxy.

If you want to do an epoxy touch up here and there then yes your fine. You should be well within your re coat window. Have at it. You can topcoat it the following day.

Thanks for the reply, I would like to roll the floor with a complete second coat. This will be OK?

I would sand it mainly to smooth out the coat, then recoat it, throw the chips high into the air so they fall like snowflakes, let dry 2 days or so, lightly sand with drywall sand screen on a pole and vacumm, then top coat with the urethane
