All of the Jancy stuff that I'm familiar with is still available from various vendors.
Not sure what you mean about the orange guy.

FEIN bought JANCY back in 2012 for the mag drill foothold in the USA. They don't produce most of the old line. I wondered if someone bought the rights to the rest of the good stuff.

I hate to hijack a thread but I just checked the vendor that we use for Jancy mag drills and noticed that they now are all orange instead of blue. They are listed as Jancy but they are orange and on the same page as Fein.

I just did a search for the Radius Master and Fein was the first hit on the search. It is still available from other vendors in blue colors though.
