Need some help ID'ing on some Metalworking Stake Tools

I picked these stake tools up in an old dusty dirty garage on Saturday and i can't figure out who made them. The only markings i could find are the 1 1/4 or 1 1/2", depending on what tool you are looking at with an "A" inside what looks like a horseshoe?

I know what they are but was hoping somebody on here could point me in the right direction to track down a manufacturer. I've checked the large jewelry supply websites but they only carry Dixon and one other brand, neither of these match the ones that i have.

I believe that may be the mark for Atha or Stanley Atha. Someone just posted a hammer manufactured by them.

You nailed it perfectly! I used to have an Atha ball peen hammer but i gave it to my dad some time ago so i had nothing to compare it too.

It looks like the kind of stake used for "stretching" metal used similarly to the round horn on an anvil.

Those are HARDY Tools, different shaping or cutting tools placed in the square hole of a blacksmith's anvil.

I guess that's why anvils have a hardy hole then? Always wondered why it was called that.

Those are sheetmetal stakes to be used with a bench block, nothing to do with an anvil - different trade. As mentioned, theyre made by Atha.
