Need some help looking for a sprocket

i am about to make a rollup shade for the garage and was hoping someone can point me in the right direction...

I am going to be using a sprocket and chain to roll up the shades...was looking for a sprocket like this:
if anyone can provide a link to purchase that would be most appreciative..

I don't have one of their catalogs handy but you might check with McMaster - Carr ... they got just about everything.

Might buy on old chain hoist and use parts of it.

i contacted McMaster-Carr and provided them a pic of the sprocket....and no luck...
might have to do that carmarotool ...if anyone else might have a link that would be great....

I'd try you local overhead door installer. They may have parts/pieces from old industrial doors that would work for you.

Holy moly, that must be one heavy shade, to require a chainfall to raise and lower it....what the hell is it made out of, lead or something?

Look in the yellow pages for “window coverings.”

That will get you into the right neighborhood.

Try a commercial garage door place, they use that kind of pulley with a chain to open and close large garage doors.

I believe those are called chain sheaves, and the ones used to drive a shaft via chain are load wheel sheaves.
