Need some help with fixing my floor

Well this past week i reframed my barn wall and installed a 9x12 overhead door. After the door was installed, i saw how out of level my floor actually was. From one end of the door to the other is about a 2" drop. I noticed it on the smaller door but it isn't as noticeable from the outside. So my question it, what can i do to make the doors sit level and keep the water from coming in under the doors?

You won't fix the floor. You can, however, add a graduated or fat seal to the door to hide it and make it seal nicely. You can use brush, vinyl or rubber. Search the internet for door bottom seals. Action Industries has some good solutions, they will help you.

I had the same issue with bowing wood doors. The rubber seal cured it nicely and you can't tell.

i have a similar issue, i also have a hump in the middle of my 16' opening and it buckled the bottom panel in the door. door was pretty nice but it needs to be replaced now.
i was thinking of getting a galvanized plate, 4 or 6" wide and ancor it to the floor with tapcons or countersunk expension bolts, shim it to level and grout it it with non shrink grout. if its grouted solid a 1/4" plate should do the job.

I placed surface mix concrete patch a couple of inches deep, then laid plastic down on it, and then shut the door. Trowel it to the design you want and then raise door, and finish. You can put weep ports on the lower end, worked for me.

Looking at your photo again, your door has become skewed in the tracks and is hiding the gap by leaning.

It does look like it came off the track. But then again, it's flush to the floor now so maybe he took it off to temporarily seal it until a fix was found/
