looking to rehab these boxes depending on their shape when I get take a look at them tomorrow. They guy says they were his grandfather's from the 50's - 60's and he thought they were snap-on. Says there is no embossed info on the back but I don't know how hard he looked.. Anyway.. Here they are. He wants $250 for the pair.
The drawer pulls look like MBC due to the ogee edge and bevel at the very bottom. The side handles have me saying duplex though, and the brand placard rivet holes are in the wrong spot for period correct snap-on boxes too?
anyone have any thoughts?
