Need some help with which led lighting

Hi I’m building a garage 26x28x10 with scissor trusses,so the highest point will be 12 feet. White will be the main paint color. Hyperikon recommendation was 6 4 foot 40w vapour lights in 5000k with clear lenses.A local guy who sells lights says I should use 18w 3 rows of 5 with frosted lenses. I’m also wondering if I should hang them flat or ceiling mount them on an angle. Any advice would be appreciated.

3 or 4 rows of 4 or 5 lights. There are a few layout options. Use frosted bulbs or wrap lights.

Vapor lights are not necessary.

I ended up buying LED's with 20 k lumens
