Need Some Ideas About Garages

I am going to start to construct my house in the next 15 days. I have a small area of land that is 25x50 feet square. 25 is the width of the plot. What is the standard area of garage. What other features should it have?

What will you use the garage for?

Do you have access to sides or back (pull through)?

Larger doors needed?

Natural light desired?

Lift needed?

220 lines?

Bathroom?

Just wash sink or no plumbing at all.

Roof design to shed snowfall/rain or add solar?

The "standard" area of a garage depends on how big it is...
Your "small area" may be 25' x 50' but where is it situated on your property, what are the local setbacks and is there an HOA that you need to conform to?
