Thank you in advance for any inspiration pictures you provide.

First off My shop is my 24x24 garage currently. Mostly woodwork but a lot of just general fix things, modify things, tinkering stuff. Planning on doing a full cleanout and reorgorginization in the coming months now that the weather has cooled off enough.

First this is my rough idea.

1. Table Saw
2. Router table

3. Air compressor with a reel for air his and a 12/2 40' extension cord mounted above.

4. Our old Granite topped laundry room cabinet with matching upper. Plan to use for sharpening/grinding/metal area. (Welding done outside)

5. Welding cart on wheels. Just got a welder and no cart yet. The wall space between here and the shelves currently has adjustable gladiator track hangers.

6. Outfeed table with three 48" wide x 36" deep 5 drawer flat file cabinets. They are currently stacked but can separate. With height of file cabinets when separate and height needed for table I should have room for 12" area above or below.

7. Built in wooden shelves already in place that house out full sice refrigerator plus room for about twelve 27 gallon tires.

8. Dimensional Lumber storage with longest pieces stretching above door. Possible extra wall/floor space under this area towards hot water heater.

9. Hot Water Heater.

The whole idea on the left side of the garage 10-12 is a multi use station that sits at the height of my 14" bandsaw. I would set it up to be able to use my bandsaw for redrawing bigger logs down but have it able to roll my bandsaw out of the way and have a chop saw station with tape and t track.

10. Top is Wall mount dust collector. The hand drawn circle next to that would be my 55 gallon drum chip collector I already have. Next line is a dead area for piping dust collection. Thoughts for other areas under this table are an area for cutoffs.

11. Bandsaw shown with planer and chop saw stored underneath on shelf.
Likely would set up bandsaw and keep my chop saw mounted on its stand because I do take it quite a bit when I go offsite to do a project for one of the family members.

12. Sheet good storage 8ft and 4ft sections.

Now I have all metal I'll need and most of the other materials I'll need to get this setup going. I just found a pretty smoking deal on these and plan to incorporate them in some how. The shelves on some are adjustable and would like to use them thoughout to hold my power tool cases and parts organizers. There are 21 total boxes you can see in the pictures with various types of layouts.

I'd mainly like ideas on how to scatter these through out my shop with the three flat files and I also have a 10 drawer Hussey I could add with the idea of compartmentalization. Electrical stuff here, metal stuff here, woodworking here etc. does anybody have any pictures or thoughts on the best way to make use of these.

I'd say a little over half have drawers and the drawers that are there are full. Some of it looked useful and some I'd never need. Just picked it up so haven't been able to really look through it closely yet. There's weight....hopefully mostly usable weight.
