These dont say china on them either, all they say is Cr-v. But no usa markings on them or the box.

Betcha they are likely Taiwan.

I think they'll be quite fine. While teh use of e-torx fasteners is growing, I've normally seen them on light to medium duty nuts and bolts like seat hold-down bolts, bed bolts, some body bolts and seat belt anchoring hardware.

I used Harbor Freight impact e-torx for quite some time and never had an issue.

Just plunking down the cash and buying a set and having them around just in-case is the bigger question for anyone but high volume or specialty mechanics.
