Need some info on these newly required tools.

Got some squares and some old drills. Can you give me any information on any of this? I want to get them back and working soon. Something about using old tools.

I might be mistaken but I think that the wood on the Stanley square is Rosewood.

Thanks! I got them from a friend who is 88. he thinks that they were his dads.

They're technically not called a Drill. They're referred to as a "Brace".
Hence the expression "Bit and Brace" (when it includes a drill bit).
