I'm working up a price opinion for a rural property that has multiple large outbuildings. My calculation on the concrete slab costs are all over the board. I'd sure appreciate some input from those of you who do concrete or have had a slab poured.

I know it varies greatly by the strength, location, etc. but I don't need anything concrete (pun intended) just enough numbers to formulate an average.

Here's the building sizes. If you've had something similar done please let me know how much it cost you to have the slab poured and finished. (No DIY please, I'm talking contractor and materials cost).

60x72 ag building

60x40 ag

30x56 warehouse

40x64 truck shop

Thanks!

6" slab, 18x18" thickened edge. Lots of gravel (320yrds) brought in for the base.
$17/sqft with radiant piping, I supplied the XPS.

I had my 50x72 pole shed poured 6" thick for about $3.75/sqft. The next closest estimate was around $4.50. XPS was extra and I did the pex install.

I am guessing the difference is in the gravel, compacting, thickened edge and installing the radiant tubes.
