I've got a few pieces I need cut and remembered this thread:

Need some help building this very simple bracket

So thought i would see what someone could do for me:

ignore the part X'd out, and the slots are slots, no hole in the center. I can provide updated prints and models if needed. CAD is slow too boot or I would fix it now.

Material is 3/16 Cold Rolled, open to 1/4" too. Will need 8 right now but may purchase more if price is right. Shipped to 05201.

If you email the DXF to me ([email protected]) I can plasma them this afternoon or if you want laser I could ship out Wednesday / Thursday. I think we do a very good job with 3/16 on the plasma.

This is an example of 1/4" straight off our plasma table.

Yeah I would say that qualifies as a pretty good job.

Dan, which plasma cutter are you using? If HT, which consumables are you using on 1/4"? Mine have a taper with 45a consumables that I'm trying to get rid of.

I have an older Hypertherm 1000. Using 40a Fine Cut running at 50a around 30 IPM on 1/4 P&O plate. Water about 1/4 from bottom of the plate. The one pictured above was cut using standard 40a consumables using a lightly faster IPM. I would have to go back and look at my notes.

I post a lot of pics on the IG page. Check it out. https://www.instagram.com/motobilt_inc/

Chances are it's air quality. I've had issues before when the swirl ring isn't seated really well also.
