I have power washed this floor three times, scrubbed twice, tried dish soap, laundry detergent, simple green, CLR, brake cleaner, you name it. Would like to get this floor looking better but it's really stained and the concrete is cracked in quite a few areas.
I have 4 boys with cars so this floor gets heavy use and exposure from salt, rust, sand, heavy jacks and rolling tool boxes, leaky cars you name it.

Any ideas on what I could do to at least get a few more years out of this floor

Repairing and coating this floor may be an issue. Based on what I am seeing, you would absolutely want to do a moisture test before doing anything. I would also want to make sure there are not foundation issues and that the cracks are not continuing to get worse. I would be pretty tempted to tile over it with a garage floor tile and be done
