Need source for Primer....ship to So. Cal

So it turns out that living in Southern California, we have "clean air" laws that keep good companies like Legacy, etc. from shipping their product to me.

I can get Epoxy-Coat delivered via Lowes (thinking the two products are fairly similar) although I would prefer to lay down a primer first.

Does anyone know of sources of primer that would be compatible with Epoxy-Coat that I could obtain locally?
