need spare rim ford/chrysler

if there is someone in the visalia-fresno area that has a spare rim with tire that will for a FORD/DODGE that has the larger center hub
I dont care if the rim is stock or aftermarket and the tire only has to be good enough to hold air

can anyone help?

I need it for a 5 lug large center hub for a 72 ranchero
dont care if its original or aftermarket and dont really care too much abot condition other than I need it to hold air to make the thing a roller

well I am going to give a plug for a local place that helped me out.
there is a tire shop called BIG BRANDS TIRE. they have billboards that advirtise that they will fix flats for free. I took the rim in and asked for some help. I told them that I just needed a tire on the rim that would hold air and that it does not have to be ballanced or anything I just need ot to make the ranchero a roller.
they installed a decent used tire for free
