Need Spring Stud for Hein Werner Floor Jack

I just finished installing a new seal kit in my Montgomery Ward (Hein Werner) 1-1/4 ton floor jack. I was exercising the jack and the spring stud broke. This is the stud that the return spring hooks on to. I have enclosed a picture of it (broken). It is a round pin 0.25 in diam., with a U groove at one end. The other end is reduced in diam. to 0.1875 for about 0.68 in. long. The total length is 2.52 in. Any body got a part like that or know where I can get one I would appreciate it.

I sent an email to hein Werner last week asking about a few parts for my jack. They responded the next day with a PDF with the parts I needed and the prices. Hopefully the parts will be here this week.

You could try www.ohiohydraulic.com . Give them a call with the part #. They have the parts drawings for the HW OS 11/4 ton floor jack in PDF form. Look on the left side of the home page and click on Drawings& Parts. I think the part # is 24570----return spring stud. Most of the hard parts are no longer available--so you might have to get your broken part welded.
