I am wanting to get a good quality 20-30 ton press. Most of the use, if not all of it, will be for bending metal fab work for stuff I am welding up. I am near 60...so want something that is suitable for an older guy still in good shape (thinking I want a floor model with a decent size working width). i don’t want to die using a crappy tool...so advice is always appreciated about type of hydraulics etc.
Thinking I will get that Swag 20 ton finger brake...or suggestion that I should look in to...
Budget...up to about 2-3 k including basic accessories...more if it seems appropriate to jump up to the next size or type of tool quality.
I am open to any thoughts or suggestions for different tools, fittings, styles or other ideas.
