If pro install, I would recommend double broadcast quartz floor or even better urethane concrete floor

Is the urethane the best? What kind of price per square foot am I looking at? Is it a DIY project?

A quality urethane clear coat that can handle various aviation fuels, over a good epoxy base that can deal with the loads and punishment is a good recipe for a hanger. Don't forget a quality primer.
