Thank you for sharing your experience with the Rustoleum product. I am still undecided as to which product to use.

Once the weather in Virginia warms up in April I plan on coating my garage floor so as to hide several cracks. I had planned on using the RustOleum 2-part patch to fill the cracks and then coat the 2-part epoxy primer (Re-Coat Primer) followed by the Rustoleum RockSolid 2-part epoxy top coat. Worth mentioning is that I recently had a foundation repair company drill and inject stabilizing foam under the garage floor and apron leading to the garage; hopefully that stop any further cracking.

I need to make sure this turns out well because the job will need to withstand scrutiny from my wife.

Hire a professional to handle the job. Then you have someone you and the wife can point the finger at if it is not a good result.

Keep in mind the differences between joins, saw cuts, and cracks. Companies like ours, Legacy, and Armorpoxy all have high-end crack fillers that would do a great job. If you are looking for something local, this has worked in a pinch. https://www.rustoleum.com/product-c...rep-and-accessories/concrete-patch-and-repair and you can usually find it locally

Agree wit above we all carry superb epoxy crack fillers. Also do some research here on the Rustoleum products...that's all we want to say as professionals....

Long ago, I put down 12 boxes of tile in our entryway. For a year and a half, no thank you from the wife. :dunno:

Turned out she wanted them out of the boxes and spread across the floor... Who knew? :ROFLMAO:

But seriously, if the wife is going to scrutinize your work in your garage - hire it out.

I have never known cracks to go away. Concrete continues to shrink for years and years.
I suspect no matter what you do they will reappear a while down the road.
