Need to Rebuild Jacks -- Never done it, some advice needed

I have two floor jacks that need repair.

How do you go about getting the right seals and how to do it?

Thanks Bud! I saw some good stuff on Youtube last night. Probably should have watched those years ago and saved myself a Jack purchase or two!

I have a 15 year old jack. I had to put some fluid in cylinder this past summer to get it to pump up high again.
the fluid fill was on the body of the lift cylinder, little rubber plug.
maybe try that first ?

I don't know if anyone is interested, but as I was compelled by SWBO to clean out old files in our filing cabinet (ain't retirement fun? Doing stuff that I never had time for when working) I found these:



I still have the jack, early 80's vintage. Work when parked, as these days I have long reach jacks and the real game changer, a 2 post lift.

I ordered some oil for these jacks. That might be all they need I hope. Don't see any leaks.
