1/3 White Vinegar and 2/3 water in a spray Bottle. Probably won't work if CLR isn't working though.

You can also use really fine Steel Wool when they are dry. That will get anything off of the Window.

I would try toothpaste.
In a bottom, back corner first.
If it works do the whole window with an orbital polisher.
(Not an orbital sander. They go too fast.)
HF has one for under $20.00.

Cerium oxide.

I used cerium oxide and a large buffer to polish out a windshield wiper scratch on my windshield. While I was at it I did the whole windshield. Amazing results... Messy job though.

Just dont let the glass get hot.

Use CLR. You can get it any hardware or grocery store. (It chemically neutralizes the minerals deposited by hard water.)

Its wipe on - wipe off. Very easy and you won't scratch stuff up or be scrubbing for hours.

In the UK, I used a product called Viakal (it's a bathroom limescale remover) on a 10yr old windscreen that was water marked all over. I was amazed at how well it worked. Couldn't believe I hadn't done it before!

My Onyx Black '99 GMC had a terrible case of the calcium spots. I tried every treatment I could find and Nothing touched it. An experienced detailer convinced me to make the jump and rub it out with 3M rubbing compound. That worked but the clear coat was all gone. RainX has or had (I can't find it anymore) a product that took it off glass but right on the label it warned not to use it often.
